Lisa Young
Corporate Travel Manager, Yum! Brands

Lisa Young joined the Yum! Brands family in May 2013 and manages all corporate travel across the three Iconic Brands, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell.

Lisa had a fast start when joining the company, as she was hired as the first full time Corporate Travel Manager.  She built a managed travel program and has gained much credibility across the organization since then. She has extensive knowledge of the travel industry, has a solid understanding of Yum! Brands travel needs and goals, and is a valued subject matter expert.

In addition, Lisa has been successful at creating, and implementing a Travel Duty of Care program in Yum! Brand’s corporate locations around the world, to ensure traveler safety, security, and well-being.

Lisa is a master of building relationships and leads and oversees all travel vendor contract negotiations and on-going program management to maximize savings and drive added value for Yum! Brands. She has a creative approach to solving problems, along with strong interpersonal skills that allow her to work across all levels of the organization.

Lisa’s previous work experience includes 18 years with American Airlines, where her career started in Reservations, and ended in Global Corporate Sales in 2006. At that time, she made the jump to BCD Travel where she was the Account Manager for PepsiCo. In 2010 she joined Egencia, managing several accounts, including Nationwide Insurance and The Washington Post.

Lisa has been an active member of GBTA since 2006, and completed the GBTA Global Leadership Program and earned her GLP designation in 2016. She is currently serving on the GBTA Sustainability Committee for a 2-year term. She resides in Euless, TX, and belongs to the Dallas/Ft. Worth BTA chapter.

Jeff Daily
Director of Global Travel, Sanmina

Jeff Daily is the Director of Global Travel for Sanmina, a leading integrated manufacturing solutions company based in San Jose, CA.

Jeff has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate travel space on both the vendor and buyer side.  Prior to joining Sanmina, Jeff held positions with CTM (previously Travizon), Rosenbluth International and USTravel.  Jeff has distinguished himself with a leading passion for his work; in particular, Jeff’s ability to identify strategic opportunities for improvement of efficiencies, savings and optimized processes for growth been a consistent hallmark of a career.

Recently, Jeff joined the GBTA Accommodations Committee and is looking forward to sharing and learning with other members of the committee on the changing landscape.

Wendy Moore
Global Travel Manager, Symantec

Wendy began her career in the travel industry over 25 years ago as a travel agent.  In her present role as Global Travel Manager for Symantec, she has extensive experience overseeing travel-related services for the Americas and EMEA. Her experience also comprises providing strategic direction in the management, development and execution of the travel program, travel operations, vendor management (travel management companies, etc.), online booking system, meeting services, global hotel program, corporate credit card, expense, and technology resources. She has also developed and implemented strategic global travel programs to reduce corporate travel expenditures, implemented risk management programs, formed compliance reporting a, and always provids high level support/assistance to her corporate travelers.

She previously worked in various travel management roles for BISYS/CITIGROUP, USFoods, Zachry Group, DHL, and Sprouts Farmers Market.

She is a member of AZBTA, served on the Board as the Secretary, and GBTA where she served on several committees including Government Relations and Hotel Committee. She also served as an advisor on the GTP Test advisory group, and GBTA Convention Education Session selection committee.  She has the GTP certification, and completed the inaugural GBTA Manager Level certification course at the UVA Darden School of Business.   Wendy attended The Ohio State University and graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In her spare time, she loves to travel, is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, and dog mom to Teddy and Casper.
