Ever since technology was introduced into the corporate travel landscape, the ability for travelers to have a plethora of options in their bookings has led to multiple challenges for both corporate travel suppliers and managers.

The primary challenge that arises from these options is that travelers choose them, which means they are not staying within the confines of the corporate travel program. This booking “leakage” presents multiple gaps in an organization’s travel program, including gaps in duty of care, compliance oversight, savings management, and more.

How did we get here, what have we done to solve this challenge, and what technologies have emerged to help bridge these gaps? Join us as Justin Morris from Traxo discusses the history, challenges, and potential solutions.

Come prepared with your questions!

  • 12:00-12:10pm – Networking, Introductions and opening remarks
  • 12:10-12:55pm – Presentation & Interactive Audience Q&A
  • 12:55-1:00pm – Closing remarks and raffle*

        * All attendees will be entered into a drawing to win prizes!
