Join the Arizona and San Diego Chapters this month for a panel discussion focused on three major online booking tools - Concur, CTM (Lightening) and Egencia.

We will hear discussion from the panel on:

 - How the pandemic related changes to the travel industry have impacted corporate travel technology.
-  How quickly have they adapted?
-  Are travelers finding the information they need?
-  Are traveler managers happy with the reporting capabilities?
-  What does the future look like for mobile applications?

includes both new and existing customers. Managed travel programs help companies
reduce overall travel costs while improving traveler satisfaction.

Ralph Colunga, Thought Leader, Travel & Expense Technology Solutions SAP Concur

Ralph, is a senior member of the SAP Concur team serving as Thought Leader - Travel and Expense Technology Solutions. He assists the product development teams, the global sales organizations and company marketing efforts regarding Concurs travel and expense solutions. Previously he was the Vice President of Global Mobility managing the Travel, Corp. Card and Lease Car programs at both SAP and SAP Concur. He is a thirty seven year travel industry subject matter expert having established and managed the global travel, expense and card programs at AMD, Cisco Systems, Oracle, and Salesforce.com before joining Concur, and then SAP/Concur into his present role. In December 2019 Ralph was inaugurated into the BTN Business Travel Hall of Fame. Recognized for his vision, innovation and leadership style, Ralph and his past teams have also been the recipients of numerous travel and expense industry awards.

Sara Martinez, Manager Global Platform Solutions Specialist Egencia

Sara has worked in the Travel Industry for over 30 years starting her career with the Airlines.  Sara moved into Corporate Travel and Technology working with  TMC’s including Navigant Travel, Adelman and TraveLeaders in various roles.  In 2007,  Sara  joined Orbitz for Business as a Sr. Sales Engineer and was part of the acquisition from Orbitz to Expedia in 2016.   She now manages a global team that collaborates closely with the Egencia Product Team and are the experts on Egencia’s Platform, supporting Egencia’s  Sales and Account Management Group worldwide.

Mark Schnabel, Director of Business Development Corporate Travel Management

I was born and raised in Denver Colorado.  Early on my parents taught me a strong work ethic, the value of an education and how we choose our attitudes.  Learning, curiosity and continuous self improvement stemmed from their teachings.  As a result, I am a curious about almost everything, especially people and their stories.  I subscribe to the idea that it’s better to have more questions than answers.  Luckily, my teenage children have all the answers. Here at CTM, I lead business development for the Mountain West territory. One of the most rewarding part of my job is interreacting with prospects from all over the world and helping them realize the benefits of building a personized travel program with CTM and its business units.
